The update comes after officers were alerted to an attack in St Ann’s Road, South Tottenham, at around 5am on August 23.
At the scene, a man in his 20s was found to have knife wounds and was taken to hospital.
His condition was previously unknown until today (August 25), as a spokesperson for the Met has confirmed his injuries are non-life threatening.
A 26-year-old man previously arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm has since been released.

No further action will be taken against him.
